A ceramic figural group of a sailing boat on waves with a sailor figure, cream-white glaze, a dynamic composition of sail over sculpted water. Model no. Z 017, designed by Josef Vanca (1908-1988), a graduate of the Ceramics School Teplice and UMPRUM Prague. Vanca designed over 68 models for JIHOKERA Bechyně, with sporting subjects as his most distinctive contribution: racing cars, sailing boats, skiers, sledgers, motorcyclists, canoeists.
